Such กับ So ใช้งานอย่างไร 

 โครงสร้างเป็นดังต่อไปนี้

Subject + V. to Be + such + article + adj. + noun 

ซึ่งเท่ากับ (such a ซัซจะ)

ประธาน + ช่างจะเป็น + นาม + คุณศัพท์ เช่น

It's such a beautiful day.  วันนี้ช่างจะเป็นวันที่สวยงาม 

She is such a great person. เธอช่างเป็นคนดี

It's such a horrible day. วันนี้ช่างจะเป็นวันที่แย่ 

It's such a sucky day. วันนี้ช่างจะเป็นวันที่ห่วย

What a sucky day! -> bad, gloomy day 

I could either read a book tonight or watch a sucky sitcom on TV,

ใช้งานเหมือนกับ so แต่ so จะตามด้วย คำคุณศัพท์อย่างเดียว โครงสร้างจะเป็นดังต่อไปนี้

Subject + V. to Be + so + adj. ซึ่งเท่ากับ ประธาน + คุณศัพท์ + มาก เช่น

He is so smart. เค้าฉลาดมาก

He is so nice.  เค้าใจดีมาก

He is so mean. เค้าใจร้ายมาก

นอกจากมีคำว่า such a แล้วยังมีอีกคำหนึ่งคือ 

such as  ซึ่งแปลว่า เช่น นั่นเอง เช่น

I like many types of food such as Thai food, Japanese food, and Chinese food. 

ฉันชอบอาหารหลายๆประเภท เช่น อาหารไทย อาหารญี่ปุ่น และอาหารจีน

หรือบางทีเราพูดอะไรมาแล้วอยากจะเอ่ยถึงสิ่งนั้นที่เราว่ามาสามารถใช้คำว่า such ได้  เช่น

Hey! Adam, you shouldn't talk to someone so rudely. 

นี่! อดัมคุณไม่ควรพูดจาหยาบคายกับเค้า 

I would never do such a thing. ผมไม่มีวันที่จะทำสิ่งแบบนั้น

such a thing = สิ่งแบบนั้น
